What is Structural Myofascial Therapy?
It’s a fascia-focused massage that targets adhesions in the superficial fascia and perifascial membrane (between the epimysium of two muscles). A massage that brings spring, buoyancy and feeling into one’s posture and returns slide and glide to stuck tissues. The technique is a slow and deep traction into the tissue with incredible results for relieving built up tension.
What is Lymphatic Drainage massage?
A therapeutic approach to reduce swelling, aid circulation and flush stagnancy in the lymph. It helps speed up the process of lymphatic fluids moving through the system. Results can be remarkably instantaneous, and can leave people feeling lighter and more energetic.
Why Prenatal massage?
The pregnant body changes and evolves rapidly, and these massages are highly valued during this important period. They are safe and appropriate, gentle and therapeutic and improve comfort and resiliency.

Meghan Riley has been working professionally as a massage therapist since 2016. She has a gift for genuine consultation, a desire to empower patients with awareness and practices (if they want), a passion for geeking out on human anatomy, and a healing touch.
